Learn how to use all the features of the show creation form. This tutorial covers every tab and control.
The show creation form is organized into four main tabs. Each tab focuses on a specific aspect of your show.
Add artists, bands, DJs, and other performers to your show. Search, filter, and reorder your lineup with drag-and-drop.
Select an existing venue from the database or create a custom venue. Venues include location, capacity, and contact information.
Set show name, URL, media, dates, status, visibility, collaborators, tags, theme, and more. This is where you customize your show's appearance and information.
Configure ticket pricing, ticket tiers (VIP, Early Bird, etc.), sale dates, and ticket URLs. Set up complex pricing structures for your show.
Build your show's lineup by searching for artists and adding them to your show. You can reorder artists, set performance times, and invite artists to the show.

When you add artists to your lineup, they appear in the top section. Each artist card shows:
Create a group chat with all artists in your lineup. This allows you to coordinate with everyone at once. The button is enabled when you have 2+ artists.
Send individual show invites to all artists in your lineup. Each artist receives their own chat invitation.
Type to search for artists by name, handle, or bio. Results update as you type (debounced for performance).
Click the filter icon to open advanced filtering options:
Active filters are shown as a badge count on the filter button.
Use the columns button to toggle which columns are visible in the search results table. Available columns: Artist, Type, Genre, City, State, Location.
To add an artist to your lineup:
If an artist doesn't exist in the database, you can create a new profile:
Reorder artists by dragging them using the grip handle (⋮⋮) on the left side of each artist card. The order number updates automatically. On mobile, use touch gestures to reorder.
Select a venue for your show from the database, or create a custom venue if it doesn't exist.

When you select a venue, it appears in a highlighted card showing:
Search for venues by name or location. Results include venue type, city, capacity, and full address.

If a venue doesn't exist in the database, you can create a new venue profile:
Note: Custom venues don't have coordinates or timezone data, but you can still use them for your show.
Set all the essential information about your show, including name, URL, media, dates, status, and customization options.

The title of your show. This appears prominently on your show page and in search results.
Your show's unique URL handle. This is automatically generated from the show name, but you can customize it.
/show/your-show-urlThe date of your show. Used for scheduling, ticket sales, and calendar features.
Set when doors open and when the show actually starts. Both times are optional but help attendees plan.

Link a playlist to showcase the music for your show. Select from your existing playlists.
Add tags to help people discover your show (e.g., "rock", "indie", "live-music"). Press Enter or Space to add tags.
Add users who can help edit the show. Collaborators have full editing permissions.
Tag users to notify them about the show. Tagged users can see the show but can't edit it.
Customize the appearance of your show page:
Click the "Theme" button to open the theme customizer. Changes are saved automatically in edit mode.
Describe your show, what people can expect, special features, etc. This appears on your show's public page.
Private notes for yourself and collaborators. Not visible to the public.
Configure ticket pricing, create ticket tiers, and set up sale dates for your show.

Set a general ticket price for your show. You can also check "Free" to mark the show as free.
Note: If you create ticket tiers, the tier prices override this general price.
Link to an external ticketing platform (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster). Optional but helpful for directing ticket sales.
Create multiple ticket types with different pricing and availability. Perfect for VIP, Early Bird, Student discounts, etc.

Tiers show an orange dot when they need to be saved. Click "Save Tier" to persist changes. New tiers must be saved before they appear on your show page.
Buttons available at the top of the form for managing your show.
Clears all form data and resets to a blank show. Useful for starting over.
Creates a group chat with all artists in your lineup and the venue. Enabled when you have a lineup and venue selected.
Saves your show and navigates to the show page. Validates required fields before saving.
Set status to "Draft" to save your show with just a name and URL. You can add lineup and venue later.
The filter system is powerful. Use location and genre filters to find artists that match your show's vibe.
Good poster images and background videos make your show page stand out. Use high-resolution images and engaging videos.
Configure ticket tier sale dates when creating tiers. Use "Start Now" to make tickets available immediately.
After saving your show, use the invite features to notify artists and the venue. They'll receive chat invitations.
